To call this a neighbourhood pub is a disservice. The food is astoundingly good, with a wide variety of flavours but all delicious. The servers are so friendly, the patio is inviting. I cant wait for normalcy to return to be able to be inside again, but so thrilled with what we have. During the times that it's takeout only, there are no shortcuts, the food is just as good as it is while dining in. Love this place.

The best bar in Toronto by far. Great food but even more, the best staff you could ask for. Say hi to Adam and Mahta for me. Say Guy and Pat sent you. You won't regret your decision.

Wow. Don't be fooled that it's a pub looking place. Food is spectacular. Had the pizza brisket and I'd have to say best pizza I ever ate in my life and I've ate a lot of pizza. The brisket sandwich is also delicious. Food on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Service also amazing. Good job.

The abbot is a neighbourhood gem, the food is always delicious and the menu has something for everyone. Servings are generous and their takeout is packed with care. Each pack is labeled so you know what sides go with which meal.

Super fast, friendly service, cozy atmosphere! We had pints and chicken wings. The wings were about 1 each and totally worth it, they were big and really good. We sat for a while to chat and finish our pints, and suddenly a really good looking lady chef that I want to say had visible tattoos, ( totally no relevance to the quality of service we received, I just wanted to point out that she was such a babe), came out with a plate of fresh made chips on the house that were still hot when we dug into them.

I stumbled across this great neighbourhood pub. I wish I hadn't previously eaten dinner because the menu looked fantastic. Great list of traditional pub meals with a home cook twist. I give this pub four stars for the service and atmosphere. They were showing hockey in the bar area and had a nice fire going in the dining area. We had the wings. Crisp skin, plump chicken and tossed in a medium hot sauce. Perfect snack.

The service was awesome. The food was delicious - especially the Buffalo Shrimp is to die for! The drinks were great. and the ambience was nice. Good spot for group meals. The good thing is there is a parking in the back.
