Ordered online through their website. Pickup and all was smooth . Found hair in the noodles.. photo attached. No option to ask for a refund online.. I see multiple complaints that cooks not wearing hair net .. even after that. I have already used the contact us form .. with no response

What is this ? The workers did not wear hair net and she was touching her hair. It's a small and busy place and slow. My order was blended and it was full of veg no chicken at all. They don't even no how to make pad seew. I been eating thai Express since they opened stores in canada. I will not come back here again.

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was tasty. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.
