Tech Fuel saved us once again. We have a stand alone intra-oral scanner, which is only used to send out scans. As usual, a not required Microsoft update failed totally. Four hours prior to us needing to do a scan, we discovered that the laptop would not boot up, and all we had was a blue screen. Called Robert, who was in our office in 90 minutes, worked his magic, and we were able to do out scan as scheduled. He is worth every penny! Thank you Robert
