I'm sure they're fine in normal times, but I've had a pretty awful experience during the pandemic. I wanted to use their services as they are the only agency that can submit your application for you, negating the need to go into the consulate for the interview, which would be nice especially during a pandemic. They kept telling me week after week that they were opening their Japan working holiday service shortly, then after a month they told me that they were scared about the border closing, which is a completely valid concern, but why wouldn't they mention that from the start? I let them know that I was aiming to leave within a couple months, so I would need to start the process asap, which I guess they just didn't care about. The month I was waiting on them, I could have used another agency, already had my visa, and not have to be stressing out over having to rush.

I recently moved to Toronto via SWAP and am looking for work. I contacted Kendra at the office and asked for assistance with my resume so that it was fitting for Canadian jobs. Not only did Kendra reply quickly, but she had great feedback and was very positive. Thank you!
