I've been to both the downtown (Adelaide) and St. Clair location and had a very positive experience with Jacky. I've had back and wrist pain for a while and after a few sessions with Jacky I saw significant improvement. He has always been flexible and accommodating when finding a time that works for us despite his busy schedule. After each session I feel the tension releasing in my wrist/back and he always provided great quality service. The home exercises he recommends are very manageable and easy to fit in your daily schedule. Nothing but great things to say of Jacky and his staff at Step up! Would highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found Step Up Massage and Rehab at Yonge and St Clair, and especially Dr Jacky Leung. As a recent transplant from Manitoba it was a little daunting trying to find, most importantly, an honest practioner. Dr Jacky is professional, easy to talk to and has worked magic on my back. He was right on point with the number of chiropractic treatments I would need and unlike some other places did not try to upsell me. The office is bright and clean, everyone has been friendly, respectful and punctual. I highly recommend Dr Jacky Leung and Step Up.

I've been visiting Step Up - Adelaide for over a year now for RMT services, but recently switched to their Yonge/St. Clair location to see a chiropractor. The last 9 months working from home has definitely taken it's toll on my back and while I'm only a few sessions in, I've been very pleased with the level of service provided. Dr. Jacky Leung listens to your concerns and provides a treatment plan catered to each individual. Service aside, Jacky has also been extremely accommodating. On one occasion, I mixed up my appointment times and was 15 min late, but he was still able to fit me into his schedule. I have nothing but positive experiences with Step Up M&R and I'm grateful that they've been able to remain open (with proper safety protocols in place) during the lockdown.
