Ordered two BEA's (two waffles with bacon, eggs and avocado) for a Valentine's day breakfast, one with a side of maple beans and one with a fruit salad. Got the food home to find no maple beans or maple syrup. Also, found a large staple in one of the BEA's. Would not go here again.

Thanks to Boom next door for blasting the A/C so high that I couldn't even imagine sitting for 5-minutes so I gave Starving Artist a go. This place is awesome!! I actually wasn't going to come here based on negative reviews on Yelp and Google during my stay in Little Italy. So so pumped that I did!! The food I had was innovative and outstanding from the fresh fruit salad to my Sammy Benny on Potato Waffles, Americano, and the Gluten Free Waffle stuffed with Strawberry and Bananas I got to taste. As for service and ambiance, I wanted for nothing. Dream team Danielle took care of me on the floor while Dylan rocked the kitchen and took the time to ask how I liked my meal. To me that's huge because it shows me that the staff is invested in their job and takes pride in their work. Every business owners dream!! Perhaps I got lucky on this visit but I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. If you're considering checking out this location of Starving Artist, do it!! And maybe ask if Danielle and Dylan!!
Great food, and it came very well served and packaged. Impressive didn’t look like I ordered a delivery!
We ordered take out from the Artist today; it was the first time during the pandemic. Man ... is it ever good to have those potato waffles in my belly again. Thank you for the deliciousness!
Happy I came. They get relatively creative with those waffles. Must come again to get a better feel for the range of options. Staff was nice and place had a good atmosphere.
