Okay party overall. Nothing great about the service or arrangement. But the bar tenders were rude near the end of the party because, according to them, they were staying overtime. I just asked for one more shot after my friend’s order because he miscounted. One of the guys yelled at me “You should make up your mind about your drink. Now grab it and get off my bar.” Unacceptable attitude as a service provider.

I attended a stag at Ascott Parc Fri Oct 18. The young ladies were fabulous. Talkative, freindly / mingled & very approachable not to mention beautiful. Ticket sales for raffle were carried out professionally & not forcibly ( like at other stags I've been to). Other games provided were well run & friendly. Overall experience was 5 stars ( most I can give on this review site) Great time, great company ..try them you will not be disapointed !
Terrible Company! Would not recommend! The owner did not provide the service we were expecting and did nothing to rectify the situation. The staff that was sent for the event were rude and disrespectful. The supervisor was super high strung and actually yelled at me. At one point I was grabbing a drink and she came charging at me yelling that we needed to start raffle right now and I was like ok one second and shes said no now! I totally understand how things need to happen on-time as I was both a wedding planner and venue coordinator but I would never speak to my clients like that. The staff were so rude and verbally attacked myself, my sister and fiance because they were not happy with the tip we provided. They told us it was a slap in the face to them and that we should tip 4 times the amount. I was under the impression that a tip is a courtesy and not a requirement seeing as we paid a good amount to have this service at our event. I told them that I felt the tip was fair and the one girl said karma will get you dont you worry. I have worked in the service industry for over 7 years and have never heard of such terrible service that was not ever rectified. Beyond disappointed and highly recommend you do not book with Stags Inc!
I wanted to thank Karen & her Team for the wonderful job they had done ! Right from Karen sitting down for the meeting telling what are the good games to have at the stag and Fabio helping with my stag ticket selection. Also to the day of the Stag team arriving on time setting up prior to my guest arriving and having a very successful evening. Even Karen ( the owner ) stopping by the stag to ensure everything was going smooth as it was. If your looking for a Stag company no need to shop around you have found the one stop place with a friendly & professional team with lots of knowledge in there industry. Thank you again !
We have heard back from many of our family and friends who commented on how well the evening went, and how professional your staff was. Very polite, friendly and professional. Karen and her staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had and willing to help with everything and anything to make sure that the night went off without a hitch. I would and will highly recommend you to anyone looking!
