Without a doubt the worst hardware store I've ever been in. The guy working there clearly doesn't want to be there and even the smallest question like where something is answered short, rudely and with zero professionalism. The only times I would ever go here are as an absolute last resort and even then, I dread having to go through there cluttered old overpriced inventory. It's amazing that this place hasn't closed down. Avoid at all cost.

On Nov. 29 bought a Hex Key set (metric) took it home (only needed one key btw but they don't sell singles). Didn't fit what I needed it for. Came back (Dec. 3) hoping for a refund, the older gentleman insisted I try the Imperial set instead. OK. So, tried that. Also, didn't work. Tried to return a second time (Dec. 6) for a refund and he wasn't having it. Pointed to the o returns after 7 days\ signage. Well he wasn't willing to do the math. I walked out. No refund and no intention of returning. I've lived in this hood 14 years. Spent many a dollar there. Anyone want a Hex key set?

They have a remarkably good selection for such a small store and I am so happy that they are in my neighborhood. I usually find what I am looking for and have never had any problems getting help when I could not locate it immediately.

The WORST customer service! Do NOT shop here. Angry disgruntled sales associates who are also the franchisees. In the advice of salesperson, I purchased 60 worth of replacement bulbs which were similar but indeed the WRONG bulbs. I even showed him the specs from the manual, which he said were wrong, and to buy them. They refused me a refund, or even a credit. This is inexcusable
