After our first visit at Oakville location, we got to have an appointment with Amin at the Yonge St. location. I've been wearing glasses for over 3 decades now, and have dealt with so many opticians from many places in the world and I can say it's very hard to come by an optician that is as experienced and knowledgable as Amin. If your vision is impaired and wearing glasses is the primary way you're dealing with it, picking the right frame, deciding on the right lenses and getting these two together in the right way is a crucial part of your health and daily comfort. Sadly, very few opticians have a grasp of all this as a whole concept. It takes a lot of experience and lots of love and patience for your job. Amin clearly has both and he and Samir were both very kind and considerate all the way through our appointment. Amin has explained every single little detail from the history of the brands to the materials and structures of the frames and helped us to pick the right pieces, based on our needs and lifestyle, taking his time. They were also kind enough to bring in some frames I wanted to try on but they currently don't carry at the store. We've been searching for an optician&eyecare provider in the are (Waterloo Region and beyond) for the past few years with lots of tries and no luck, but I think we finally found it. Apart from the exquisite consultation service, they also carry some of the best eyewear brands in the world and have a quite nice selection from them. We couldn't be happier with our experience and I hope to stay a loyal customer for a very long time.

Lady in there is worst then a used cars salesmen. So desperate for the commission that it’s Offensive. The guy is great though.

I just happen to drop in at the Royal Bank Plaza location for I was looking for a new frame. Nick approached me and I was impressed with his attitude. He did not try to sell me something! Instead, he listened very carefully and assessed what I was looking for. The service is awesome. Very knowledgeable staff and I am very happy with the outcome.

Bad experience I went to buy some glasses about 1 yr ago and I saw 2 employees over there. The guy was rushing to approach me first and he gave a bad look to Niddy. The didn't seem to have a good relationship with each other. The guy was a little bit pushy during the time I was selecting glasses. On the other hand most of glasses I saw were from China. I purchased one of them and the price was very expensive compared to other stores that had the same brand. 2 weeks later my glasses broke when I was putting them on.
