South Park helped me with some structural upgrades to my house, including replacing the main beam, reinforcing floor joists, and adding structural support to the stairwell. They did a great job! Quality work, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

This was our second project with South Park. The first one was a gut/remodel job in 2005, now we are building an addition, backyard, and some inside renos. The team was great both times. Very experienced, highly available, and hands-on with sub trades. They also have a great design esthetic. The second time around, we skipped the designer and just collaborated with them. Two thumbs up.

SP did a large scale renovation on our house and it was a completely stress free experience, which is rare for any sized renovation. I was most impressed by the quality of the work, problem solving skills along the way, and the fact that they finished on time...I mean that's almost unheard of!! Their quote may not be the cheapest one you get, but it's actually them being brutally honest with you about cost, and represents their integrity through the entire process.

This project was a complete renovation of a 1914 built semi-detached house and came in on budget. There were some surprises, like cast-iron pipe below grade, lead-pipe water supply, some studs not attached at ceilings and two hornet nests in exterior walls. We had on-going information discussions so that we were involved and informed as project progressed. We were allowed to purchase cabinets instead of having them constructed at significant cost reduction. We are thrilled at the beautiful home that Southpark created for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Rick
