Hi everyone my name is Gregory Alan Coulson. I wanted to share with everyone our families experience with Smitiuch Injury Law firm. In May of 2009 my mother was admitted into Sunrise Nursing Home to rehabilitate from a broken hip. She needed 24/7 care which we paid extra for, 20 days later she was deceased from negligence causing death. Over the next two years and talking to several law firms we were told that we have no case and cannot move forward with law suit. Fortunately, we were recommended to Smitiuch Injury Law firm. As a family, we were introduced to Mike Smitiuch. He showed concern and compassion for my mother and our whole family. He said his law firm would represent us and give my mother her say in court. This trial lasted approximately 10 years throughout this lengthy court case.
