Perhaps this company is used to large corporate clients, so my new business location's signage was low priority. And/or they left it fully in the hands of a gentleman that seemed to be inexperienced with the more complicated process where landlord's approval and city permits were involved. Poor communication, which sadly seems to be \the standard\ in the signage industry. The sign was finally installed, though late, seems decent, but I will not be using them again and couldn't recommend them.
They did extremely nice job for me, also best customer service, so happy for fining them
Poor Job and staff have less experience, don't WASTE your money here
