Steve and Feargus and the Self Build crew were hard working and professional. They were very easy to work with and nothing was a bother. They had solutions for various different jobs that were added along the way. I will be bringing them back in the Spring for more work on the landscaping, driveway and garage repairs. Highly recommended!

I would recommend Self Build to anyone. They are a highly professional company who delivered on everything we agreed to. We had a lot of stone work to be done including retaining walls, drainage, and loads of flag stone. This was a very complicated project and Self Build got to work the next day and we’re there every day until the job was finished nearly three months later. This summer there were some extremely hot days but the boys worked through it. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result. Self Build is a very professional company that does what they say they are going to do and they stand behind their product. Five stars!!

Steven, Feargus, Kevin and team retuck pointed the north wall of my house. The job was difficult as it was high and in a confined space. Until I found them I was having difficulty getting someone to do the job. They took on the job and did great work. They were responsive, hard working and took pride in their work. We had Stephen and his crew do a foundation for a rear addition, demo a garage, and do exterior waterproofing for the existing house. They managed to get the foundation done under a very tight timeline. We couldn't believe how hard these guys worked to get the job done. Even as the cold weather hit they kept the pace up and worked long days to make sure the job got done. Any issues that came up were dealt with very quickly and they kept on budget and didn't charge for some extras that came up along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and Self Build Canada.

We had Stephen and his team do masonry repairs (including sill replacement and tuckpointing) on our four-storey apartment building in central Toronto. This was a substantial project, requiring a large team, scaffolding up four storeys and skyjack. Stephen understands buildings and project management very well. The work was done on time; extras were priced reasonably. They are enthusiastic about their business, easy to deal with and genuinely want to please the customer. We are happy with the work and would recommend them.
