I recently visited Satay Sate when I was in the area and tried multiple menu items. I found that the taste was very authentic and similar to what I'm used whenever I eat Indonesian food, which was great to find. I loved the interiors and the space, and would love to go back as a dine in customer. I loved the small details and the attention to detail placed in the decor as well. The martabak, though a bit oily, was delicious and had quite a generous filling. The satay and peanut sauce were delicious. I loved the customer service provided and loved seeing that the food was made fresh.

Recommended by a food influencer of Indonesian background, this place did not disappoint! The Beef Rendang was absolutely delicious! Usually not a fan of coconut based curries, but you could barely taste coconut since it was balanced well with other flavours. The dressing of acar salad had a nice, refreshing acidity that was a good palate cleanser. Sate skewers in their delicious peanut sauce were grilled right! You usually don't find tempeh cooked this way, but instead of the flat, dense texture you would normally get, how it's served here is thick and almost \meaty\ Really loved the Soto Ayam, a turmeric based chicken soup with glass noodle and cabbage. So comforting!

Best spot in GTA for Indonesian food!! Very nice, clean and cozy place, very helpful staff. Good variety of Indonesian dishes, highly recommend this place.

Came here on a Friday around 7pm after hearing good things. Was pleasantly surprised by how good the service and food were! Not sure if family owned, but the lady working the register was very friendly. You have to pre-pay your food and if you're dining in, they'll bring it to your table. We got the chicken and beef Sate entrees, with Coconut Rice. I definitely enjoyed the beef more and the coconut rice was very yummy. The satay sauce was amazing too. Will definitely come back!!

One of best place for Indonesian food. Went there for dine in service on an afternoon. Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. We ordered 5 Different dishes including staters. Every dishes was tasty and generous portion size. Food was cooked well specially, sate and goreng was out of the world. Price was reasonable. Overall 5 ️ service and food. Thank you for bringing delicious Indonesian food in Toronto.
