The guy who took my order did not hear me correctly and I was surprised when I saw him making something that did not match the color that I ordered so I clarified to him but he said he heard something else and repeated my (order according to him) but he definitely did not. All he asked was if I wanted it with milk and if I wanted something else. He was clearly upset about the situation and made a new one. He was frowning, did not even look and did not say a word when he placed it in the counter.I was even apologetic but he never said anything. Anyway, I got my smoothie but my order tasted like crushed ice with a little bit of flavor. It did not taste like the usual smoothie that I order.this happened at 7pm Oct1,2020, Lawrence square location.
The Real Fruit location here is right in the food court, which is very convenient because you can grab a bubble tea with or after your meal! I tried the House Special, ‘Original Milk Black Tea’ with tapioca as a topping! The milk tea was very well balanced in terms of the sweetness, milk, and black tea! The tapioca was also very fresh and chewy. The service was also very fast and efficient, too! The store has comfy couches and high chairs with tables, making it nice and cozy to study!
They make the best smoothies & slush at this location. Always thick & on point
This is a FINE bubble tea place, the at cf shops at don mills is MUCH Breyer than this one. But I still had a good experience!
