The most negative experience ever, do not call this place, the supervisor was yelling at me and told me she has this permission to cancel my flight even if I do not want . I cannot imagine this kind of behaviour for any customer service not here not even in any place in this world, it was so annoying . Do not use this place directly call Qatar airways help center.

Traveled through Qatar airways on March 7th 2020. It was a reroute flight from Kuwait to Bangladesh. In Dhaka airport after 3/4 hrs waiting n repeated searching got to know that our luggage is lost. We left airport after being assured by Qatar airways staffs that they 'll contact us by phone as soon as they receive our luggage. They also informed that our luggage might be stuck in Doha, which was our transit. After repeatedly calling them next 2/3 days we received our luggage on 4th day in midnight. At home after opening luggages saw some of the brand items are missing. Really shocked. Don't know whom to blame. Just want to share my recent experience to feel better n help people . At the same time want to notify the appropriate authority. Because the email given by Qatar airways staff to complain generates automatic reply only. Is It A JOKE....?

Qatar is one of the best airlines and this with a reason. The fleet they have is modern, the service and food on board (First & Business Class) is just absolutely great. They don’t do trolly but table service with a lot of attention to detail. In first class Qatar even serves Krug champagne. The lounges (Business & First) in Doha are big bigger the begist. But food could be better there. Negative is only the not existing flexibility of Qatar Airways: if it comes to special request/cases the airline is not able to react properly which is a pity for a five star airline!

Worst customer service ever! I have waited 2 weeks for my voucher and after that I call qatar and they say it will take more 3-5 days. I would never recommend Qatar airways nor I am going to fly with you guys again. Totally Disappointed.
