My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mo and Bode from Public Storage at 36 Vine Avenue. We received a warm and friendly greeting at the door. Everything was clearly explained to us before we committed to renting a storage unit. We covered pricing and how to access and use the storage facility without any problems. Mo and Bode are professional, courteous and understanding. They really seem to like what they do and are eager to help. We were given a tour and discussed our needs to make sure we chose the right size of storage. We also received a good price for our unit. Mo and Bode provided a complete explanation of all fees before we paid so there were no surprises. We highly recommend!

I went to the 36 vine location in Toronto. And we were lucky enough to have Nikki look after us. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. And we were able to take advantage of the promotion. Will definitely recommend!
Currently standing outside of the gate trying to get our things. Everybody that is coming to the gate has an access code and screenwill say \entry is granted\ then the gate won't open. The defining aspects of this business are broken, should have 0 stars. Office doesn't open for 2 more hours. I wish I could express my discontent more. Don't put your things in here unless you don't want convenient access to them. Also the intercom doesn't work.
The staff here are friendly and helpful. Bode showed us multiple units and help us find the right space for our stuff. He even lent us a couple of screwdrivers since we needed to take a shelf apart. Really happy with the service here.
My experience at this Public Storage location was excellent! Bode was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect sized unit to meet my needs. Bode and his staff were courteous, helpful and it is evident that they really care about their customers. I will happily do business here again in the future. Thanks Bode!
