I took my exam at this centre... I must commend the staff for keeping the centre clean and open throughout the covid pandemic. There are so many other centre that have been closed due to covid. The staff at the centre is very strict yes but, there a sheet of paper they give you that has all the rules listed that the staffs try to enforce. The 2 AFRICAN WOMEN were very nice to me.

Terrible experience at this testing center, specifically, with the two female workers of African descent. I would never mention race unless it was actually a factor so for this case, I strongly feel it was. I have never been treated with less respect; their refusal to help me with technical issues that arose during my exam along with being blamed by them for such issues and being belittled by them whenever I would try to seek clarification all led to a horrendous exam experience. With an ongoing rise of hate crimes towards Asians by people of African descent, I definitely feel they had premeditated motivation to ruin my exam. I absolutely recommend you DO NOT do your exam here, especially if you're Asian.

Honestly, when I first read the reviews, I could not believe how bad a test center can be. Truth be told one of the worst I’ve experienced. First of all, the building that this center is located is locked from outside and there was no sign of any sort from Prometric center to guide you upon arrival. So I had to check my email to find the phone number and call them so that someone can come down and get me inside the building. This wasn’t even the worst part, the worst came when I called they said they will come down and open the door and guess what?! No one came down!!! Imagine how stressful this can be... Luckily a lady from the building who happened to be at the door opened the door for me and I could get inside. Secondly, I didn’t have the best experience with the staff. As they were unorganised, disoriented and clearly not trained properly. I am telling you this as I had taken exam with Prometric center at an other location and the way I was treated was totally different. Thirdly, the exam equipments; my chair was the most uncomfortable chair and the computer I was assigned was so old and rundown. Which is ridiculous considering the CAD372 of exam fee, I am expecting a higher quality equipment to be implemented. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to take test at this center. Please avoid at all costs!!!!

I can second any negative comment anyone has towards Prometric. Simply put - terrible. Horrendous at scheduling. Overcharing candidates and STILL awaiting a refund over 3 months later. Staff is rude. Call center could honestly care less. They have NO care about anyones future and the importance of these exams for people. Would avoid having to work with this company going forward.

These 2 women are there to MESS UP students' life. Their jobs are to FAIL YOU. I suspect they're very racist individual, specifically to members of the Asian community. They all get 0 reviews as you can see. Over 100 bad reviews. They will lose their jobs! DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXAM HERE!
