Just updating my review from 2 years ago (see below). My basement toilet was blocked badly, but a massive tangle of tree roots as it turns out. I called on Priority Plumbing again and I was again extremely happy with the work done and how I was treated. They kept me updated on any changes, explained the work required to me, did the job quickly and cleaned up before they left. These guys are my go-to now, no questions asked, if there are ever plumbing issues again at my home. ‐‐------------------------------------------------------ It's Jake approved! Excellent experience - I was given a head's up they were on their way, they came on time, they were very thorough and knowledgeable and they're coming back on Friday to do a bunch of work and to do some major damage control, that we had NO idea was even needed. I'll call on them again!
Called them to get help with a plugged drain and a replacement of hot water tank. Telephone experience was very positive. Arranged a time for the next day that was convenient for me. Kyle came at the arranged time and were very professional. He explained things and worked quickly to resolve both issues. Then he did a super clean-up job. Everything is working great now.
We needed two toilets installed along with changing out our shower faucet in our guest bathroom. Our technician Brian was super friendly, on time and courteous. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing! Thanks for a job well done!
If you are looking for a good plumber, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. I do believe they practice “customer’s satisfaction is the top priority”. I highly recommend them
