You would think that a very high-end brand with a large reputation would hire better employees. I was the ONLY one in the store today and the woman said to me “I’m busy” when I said I only had a question about my bag. She then said “are you looking for a bag” and I said no, I have one. She said “I’ll help you when I’m not busy” and then was rude as can be when I asked about dust bags. If I had bought my bag at this location I would have returned it. Rude people and honestly never going to this Prada again. Not like I own a ton of high end bags, and this was a big purchase to me so I wanted in person questions. Screw this place

Do you know the best way to not make a sale? Act like the person walking in there can't afford your stuff. I find higher end places can go 2 ways. They are either courteous to everyone or rude to anyone who isn't wearing expensive stuff. This is an Achilles heal for me, I just end up going to another store and spending more. Didn't we all learn this lesson in the 90s from Pretty Woman.
