It is with great dismay that I give Porter even 1 star on this review. Having flown with them before, their flights are generally quite cramped, with 2 rows of seats (total, one on each side). On one flight the only bathroom in the plane was not working and we were told to hold it in unless it were an emergency, because it would not be pleasant for everyone. I looked past this because the price of the flight was pretty cheap. In March, Porter advised me to cancel a flight to, "Make room for those who need to travel home". I was under the impression that if I did not cancel I would not received any refund in any form afterwards. Porter later used my cancellation as leverage when stating why they would only give me "Porter Credit" and nothing else (despite never providing me with a flight). I and other may be very shocked to find out that, "Porter Credit" has no real monetary value and is not a recognized currency anywhere in the world. I would advise anyone against flying with Porter. They have used a pandemic as an excuse to seize money from people without providing a service.

The flight attendants and cabin crew are always super polite and helpful. I wish that you still served the vegetable chips (because they were delicious) and offered the complementary coffee and tea in the waiting area of the Toronto airport. The way cancellations are dealt with is not ideal. We were delayed two days and one day our last two trips to Toronto - I completely understand that the weather cannot be control however the way cancellations are dealt with could be better or at least some sort of small token since we were delayed two days would be appreciated.

Loved the whole experience. Pleasant staff, comfortable planes, although our return plane seemed "shabby" compared to first one because the leather seats were worn or dirty. No doubt it is due to constantly full flights. Generous snacks and beverages on board. Can't wait to book another vacation with Porter.

Keep doing what you're doing, great service and free wine and beer is just a cherry on top. Also free coffee and cookies in the terminal as well as buyable salads and other goodies. It was just how airlines should be. And they were right their planes really are quiet!

This has been the shortest and the best international flight that I have travelled with so far. Air hostesses were extremely patient and friendly, which made the trip more comfortable. They serve plenty of refreshments including chips, cookies, and almonds. Starbucks coffee or tea is served. Peppermint tea was really good. You cannot buy any meal on board.

Great little Airline for what it is. Good service ON the Planes. Not so Great Service Off the Plane like in the Waiting Area's most of the flights I have taken there has been delays TWICE I was delayed for well over 8 hours and I ONLY got a 5 Meal Voucher ONCE for what they call a Restaurant which closed before I could even use the damned voucher.Like seriously .... Then one time I was delayed for 11 hours and all the compensation I got was a 50 voucher for my next plane fare IF I FLEW WITHIN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS, Sorry not a frequent flyer I MAYBE fly once a year so what good is a 6 Month Voucher? why not make it for my NEXT Flight??? At least then it would be useful. First time I landed in Billy Bishop there was literally nothing but what was like a little coffee shop there. Yeah now there is a bunch of stuff there. But back then there was literally nothing to do there for 11 hours no TV no nothing. I was supposed to Arrive in Windsor at 2 PM I never got there until 1 AM in the Morning Don't get me wrong ...the in flight was fine the stewards were awesome the flight was great even arrived early a couple times. I just don't agree with the 50 good for ONLY 6 Months Voucher. I would venture to say MOST of the ones they hand out don't even get used because they expire before you need to use them. I flew in July next time I used the Airline was March of the next year. 2 Months too late to use the Voucher.
