Called today to get a consultation and quote to have a pool installed in our yard. Received a call back from Jeremy who was quite arrogant and condescending in his response to my question on the difference between a concrete pool vs. a vinyl pool. I ended the conversation right there and then as I don't want to do business with a company that lacks respect for their potential customers. There's no shortage of options out there, so your service is a key differentiator if you're looking to stay competitive. I recommend looking elsewhere as I am.
