Was closed in advance of posted closing time. Was hoping to use the fedex drop off at this location. Which I have used in the past with a great experience. ( I am sure they only closed in advance due to covid restrictions & added work of curbside) would still recommend.

I like dealing with local establishments in my neighborhood. I am sure the hardware store is fabulous but if you have a shipment that is perishable do not take it to the FedEx kiosk at Pollock's. Prior to going to the store, I called and asked if they could ship perishable boxed items priority overnight. They said o problem\. After spending over 2 hours at the store having 2 gentlemen process the shipments, I realize on return to my place of residence that two of the boxes going to exactly the same address in Markham have been given two different delivery dates and two different prices based on the same weight. A third box going again to Markham is noted to arrive on the 8th. I called Pollock's to be told that they take no responsibility for the shipments and that I have to call FedEx. I don't know about the hardware store but I would suggest that a place that does not take responsibility to ensure their customers provide excellent customer service is probably not a good place to shop. I certainly will be one customer that does not shop at Pollock's.

Real local and homey Home Hardware. Store is packed (not crammed) with products. Good overall selection. Parking is available at Roncesvalles and nearby small streets. Prices- usual Home Hardware.
