Please check Mountview Avenue at Keele and Bloor Street West EVERYDAY. Residents pay lots of money for permits yet we can never park and go home because non permit holders steal our spots, and park longer than the one hour allowed, they park all day and never get ticketed. It's really frustrating when you spend a couple hundred dollars a year for a permit and contractors and visitors hog our street all day and nothing ever happens.

Useless, they say they don't target vehicles, yet they favor certain vehicles. New west local area supervisor wants complaints to made in person, and on site exposing caller privacy. They don't ticket problem vehicles, they favor certain residents and are fine with exposing caller privacy

Quite possibly the most useless group of people I've ever encountered in my life. As I write this, I have been waiting nearly 2.5 hours for someone to respond to a vehicle completely blocking my driveway. Living near a hospital, this is a regular occurrence for me. In the event the officers DO arrive before the violator has left (rare), they are pleasant enough. The dispatchers on the other hand are rude, condescending and miserable. Overall a brutal service.

Outstanding! Had a car overhang our driveway, not by a little, but by a lot. Called, they confirmed and ticket given. Now, having said that...I have gotten a whack of tickets for parking offenses over the years, but honestly...I parked in the wrong spot. So fair. They do their job and pretty certain it's full of hate...I for one thank you! Job well done.
