I have been dining at the Platium Club since it opened in 99’. I always have known it’s pricey for average food. The location & wine section is what the place is known for. On my last visit for a Redwing’s game, our server was extremely obnoxious and rude. It was like she wanted to sabotage our evening and she knew it. After dropping nearly a grand on dinner/wine and 1800.00 on tickets really did not appreciate this staff members behaviour. Management should be way more observant of what is happening on the floor. The service now is like your at a roadhouse diner. I am done with the Platium Club to risky spending all my hard earned money to have a server mess with my night off.

Went to the ScotiaClub restaurant in the Platinum Lounge before a concert on Saturday March 7th. I knew it would be pricey, but the food/menu was truly abysmal. There was a very small set menu. Apps, 2 salads, 5 entrees. The entrees ranged in price from 33 for a double cheeseburger to 69 for a steak. We started with a 22 calamari appetizer. Thinking for 22 it should be substantial and tasty. Wrong on all counts. It was the most pathetic bowl of fish with 5 or 6 soggy fish stick-like pieces. I've had better at East Side Marios. The double cheeseburger with fries was worth about 1/4 of the price paid. I'm sorry ScotiaClub for 20 drinks, 22 Apps, 18 salads and 33 burgers, I expect that the food should be equal and definitely surpass anything at a chain restaurant. What a horrific waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!
Disappointed- Long Wait Time For Your Food And Bad Service! I was told by friends that it was a fine dining restaurant and made the decision to try it out. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:10 p.m. order wine and two main dishes. The food didn't arrive until 7:20 p.m. contemplated leaving a few times. The food was not worth the wait no taste and it was pricey for average food. I didn't make it to the 7:30 Raptors game on time because of the tardiness of the restaurant. Management should be way more observant of what is happening on the floor. I'am done with the Platinum Club to risky spending all my hard earned money on tasteless food and missing out on the future games. There is nothing platinum about this restaurant.
We had a fantastic time Saturday. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Thanks to our great server Eddie!
I’ve been to a few games with Platinum Club access and I have never met a friendly bartender at this establishment. They are rude and abrupt, and I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.
