Staying here for the past one month. So far so good. Amazing downtown view from my condo. Elevators are not crowded. Friendly employees. Balconies are not much helpful as it is noisy (close to highway)

Plenty of security. Clean, well maintained. The problem is the driveway loop often congested. There is a daycare and the driveway gets extremely busy with parents dropping on and off. Plus home deliveries. Like any other hirise clump - downdraft can be bad at times.

Absolutely disgraceful property management. They took money from me and refused to give any reasoning when I asked why. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for spending your career taking advantage of residents.

I parked my car here and as I am walking to the pay station they gave me a parking ticket must have been a slow day for them... disgraceful

Poorly managed building be Del. Staff is rude and doesn’t care about the building or its residences. I started living here over a ago with my boyfriend and after over 12 email exchanges, I’m still not able to receive packages. At first, they told me I should go to the office to fill a form but their office is only open during regular office hours when most people are at work. Then they told me to email. Upon emailing, they still asked me to complete multiple forms, one after another. To this date, i still cant receive packages. I have never had this experience in any other condos. On top of that, they don’t ask for ID when getting packages so the only way they are differentiating whether or not you belong to a unit is gender and race. You pay into management fees for them to manage the building and to improve your experience living there. In this case, they have made my life a lot more complicated.
