ARRIVED - CVP-809GP My experience at TPG was absolutely a 5 star moment. Victor (Owner) was down to earth, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Coming from out of town, he pre-arranged for one of their piano teachers Alex to meet us to give us a full blown 90 minute demo of the instrument. EXCELLENT. Delivery was handled by 3 movers they arranged led by Franchesco. They covered every square inch of floor their feet might touch, unpacked, assembled and placed the Piano exactly where I wanted it and then removed the old Clavinova within the hour. PERFECT. I got a follow up SMS message from Victor about 3 hours after they left our home. NICE! I would highly recommend this studio for any musical purchase you may have a desire for!
