During the Fall 2020 COVID lockdown I had the unfortunate need to alter plumbing on an older home in Toronto. The home required fixtures that are not so easy to locate due to it's age. I contacted a handful of plumbing supply stores and large chains for products and assistance in this search. Corey at Penmar stood out in his response, knowledge , willingness to assist with questions, product searches as well as competitive pricing. Penmar is a small West End storefront, yet their knowledge base and desire to assist customers is something that you cannot find in the large box stores. If you have a request they will work to find you a solution. I would suggest a visit to Penmar before the Big Boxes, it will be an enlightening experience. I could not recommend them more!

Best plumbing supply store I've found in Toronto. Pretty much every bit of plumbing material in my house is from Penmar. I've done 2 serious renovations, the latest (and ongoing) is a complete gut job with 3 new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, etc. etc. Penmar is my go to store for all the piping, drains, fittings and materials. They will have that unusual part that you need. All my Kohler fixtures (highly recommend) come from Penmar as well (thanks to Tania up in Woodbridge). Service is excellent at both stores and prices are competitive.
