I just called your toll-free number and spoke to a guy named Max. He said he is from India. At the onset of the call, Max told me that your office is experiencing technical issues and I should call back after 30 minutes. He then ended the call. I called back after five minutes; the voice prompt said your office is already closed!!!

Test centre was closed when I arrived and despite waiting for one hour nobody showed up. I opened a ticket with PearsonVUE and haven't received any response after 3 weeks, but email that my test was cancelled, HOWEVER I never got the credit back. While asking the online customer service few times a week there was no response so I purchased another exam so I can complete my studies. Today I was in the middle of the exam for which I paid twice and after 24 minutes the exam got frozen. The proctor asked me to restart the computer but that didn't help, he closed the session and I couldn't resume the session. Now I have to wait and HOPE someone will finally respond. This is exhausting!
I just had the most absolutely rage inducing experiencing with Pearson Vue. I used their at-home test taking service to write an exam I have spent weeks studying for. I followed all the instructions (which were poorly written), including a system test, an early check in, and a review of the rules. When I started taking the test, the application kept freezing. Ironically, the only thing that was working was the clock - which kept counting down. Technical support was largely unhelpful, and literally ignored my questions about concerns around time and the frustration it caused me, which inhibited my exam writing performance. Once it froze for the THIRD TIME I finally got a call from someone in Massachusetts (which I will probably now be charged long distance for) who told me that they will not provide a voucher to retake this nearly 1000 dollar exam. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there was none. I finally was able to get a case number after approximately an hour of waiting. That's when I was told that I have to continue writing the exam despite the fact that the clock was counting down the whole time. The customer service representative - Elizabeth, was kind but unhelpful. Then she told me that she was wrong about that, and that I didn't have to write the exam. So now I have to take this case number (which will come to me in 5 business days) and waste more time pleading for a reschedule that I may have to pay for because Pearson Vue screwed up. This is an outrage and I'll be making it clear in no uncertain terms that no one, under any circumstances, should do business with such a miserable and lousy company. 0 out of 5 stars.
Scheduled online test but after completing self check in process, no one joined from other side..called prearson vue .. they rescheuled .. even the rescheduled exam never started and i kept waiting again.. thank you so much to destroying the morale of people who work hard only to figure out that their exam is cancelled after sitting for 45 min in front of laptop without any response ..
I have had multiple horrible experiences!! Muitple times of being on hold I get hung up on. Then I ask to speak to someone that is higher up and I get put on a hold that is more than a couple of hours! This needs to change!! It's horrible customer service!
