I would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely terrible dry cleaners and even worse customer service. Brought them a very expensive blouse that was shrunk so much that even after a stretching it's difficult to wear. I've been emailing head office for weeks and they are slow to respond and finally offered me a 10 refund for a 200 top that's unwearable. At this point, I was hoping they could just do something to fix the issue but I'm still waiting. Do yourself a favour and take anything valuable that you'd still like to wear elsewhere. I wish I did. There are lot of cleaners in the city that are much much better. After years of going to parkers, I will not longer be a customer.

The Liquid CO2 totally rocks, I had a Prada jacket that Dove cleaners had dulled the colour when they cleaned it. While Parker's liquid CO2 treatment did not restore the original brightness, it enhanced it. I go out of my way for the liquid CO2.

The Parkers at Manulife is my favourite place to take my clothes. The service is so personal and friendly and my clothes are always back in great shape and on time. Highly recommended.

Horrible service. Stay away from them. I got my two jackets and one suit to be dry cleaned by them, and they lost the suit. When I called and asked, the lady said she only received the jackets, and never said sorry. So I contacted the head office. The gentleman at the head office was much more helpful, and was willing to help. However, I am still waiting for a call from the lady, and it's been over a week already. I hope this posting will help me get back my suit. Oh, by the way, one of my jackets also lost a button. I wonder how that strong button can come off.
