I had service from Danielle... She was super helpful and friendly. She had the patience to go through all the different style and size it made our shopping for winter jacket at ease! Would highly recommend if you do ever goto this location to ask for her!
This place seemed to have really nice jackets but when I walked in there were zero other customers in the store, no music so it was dead silent and 5 salespeople all staring at me asking what I’m looking for. I understand they’re trying to be helpful but would be nice to have a few mins to browse around without 5 sets of eyeballs on me.
I purchased my Nobis Parka five Chicago winters ago. After a lot of good use, the cuffs were pilled, and a wire poked out of the collar. I mailed it to Nobis, and they repaired it AND cleaned the coat. It looks brand new! All part of their cost-free warranty. This is a company that stands by its product!
Nice selection of coats and the staff is helpful and friendly.
