In my previous comment I said it was very expensive. I will correct it. I offer you an apology's Nella. I have seen other stores and they are even more expensive. I have returned to the store and made the purchase with you. Because with one of your competitors the item was 110 more expensive. omg!

I bought new suh Hobart dishwasher Nella cutlery they give me floor model and 2 year old when I install dishwasher and I pay to installer its not working after that I will talk with Seals person they say we r not responsible for that they r not good place they are cheating with customer

very disappointed! my boss& i bought a ice maker. we were desperate to get one. as were from a small reservation. we order it and it took 2 weeks give or take. and it arrived broken. dented, i called and asked what can she do, she said i'll try and talk to fed ex and see if i can get a refund on shipping. we spent about 2,900 or something like that. 1)It was broken 2) very hard to communicate with. and 3) pretty sure she or the company kept the refund were supposed to get. because she explained that the refund doesn't go directly to us it goes straight to them. i've tried calling texting and no answer. we were supposed to get our shipping back. this is the last time we ever deal with his company. VERY UPSET! DISHONEST&BAD BUSINESS! never again. never again never again! DO NOT BUY! the one time she answered she said she would cal the following day and NEVER did!

One of the best store right in downtown. Friendly staff. Yhey have almost everything you ask for. Sammy you are the best. Will be frequently visiting the store. I came here first when I was student of George Brown Chef school and visiting here since past 3 yesrs every now and often for kitchen needs. Thanks guys. Amazing customer service.

Took my knifes in to sharpen, one price was given when dropping them off, for convenience purposes the customer is only charged when picking up, I was charged another price (higher of course) when picking them up. Should have noticed the red flag when I was delivering the knives and bought a few other items and one of them also had their price recently increased in the software system but the sticker price was the older lower price. Taking my business elsewhere. Knifes look sharp.
