I visited today with my sister and it was awesome! The owner went out of her way to help us, gave us good advice, and was available when we needed her. Everything was quite expensive but that is to be expected :) we bought the 7 for 10 deal and we are in love with our crystals! Will be back. Our crystals were put in these cute little drawstring bags to have ans protect them. So useful!

Just had the BEST customer service experience with Zulekha @ Hamsa Heaven. If you live in Toronto and are looking for crystals - you should definitely check her out (Gerrard Street East). So knowledgable and passionate about her business. I absolutely LOVE the turquoise and Kyanite she had today and will definitely be back! Thank you Zulekha!

I visited this shop for the first time today with my friend Adrian. I'm so happy! The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. I felt like a kid in a candy store because I wanted to buy one of everything!I bought some fantastic Palo Santo sticks and Adrian bought some really lovely organic incense and 2 gorgeous polished stones ( to help him heal from surgery). We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this store for your metaphysical needs.
Definitely one of my most favourite crystal shops in Toronto! I've brought my friends or family here, as I know, we will be greeted with a welcoming atmosphere each time. Also, if you are exploring/learning about crystals, please do not hesitate to ask questions to the staff. They are very knowledgeable and will be more than happy to share their expertise with you!

I discovered Hamsa heaven when I was in search for a smudging spray for condo use (I can't burn incense or smokey scents, it bothers me) in June 2020. I was really glad I met Ayaz because he introduced me to other tools I can use such as the hematite magnets, orgonite, and pocket stones. After this, I had to come back the following month. I brought my sister with me and we met Zulekha. We bought pocket stones again and gift goodies for friends. Zulekha was very nice as well. The pocket stones have descriptive details printed on a small paper which you could have. They are very informative and patient with in- person or online inquiries. I had brought in three of my friends here as well and they loved it! I appreciate their saturday live sales on their instagram page. I think it is important for stores to be present and active on social media or websites because people would like to see product searches first before committing to purchasing products. It is important especially now that Toronto is in lockdown. I can't wait to physically visit the store again! I am due for another smudging spray purchase! They offer 10% off for the refill if you still have the old bottle! It smells so good and relaxing!
Great experience coming in today as they went above and beyond and got everything I needed in good quality and reasonable price.
