Derrick and his team are true ambassadors for motorsports. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I can often get a reply within a day, sometimes within the hour. After a small misunderstanding over an online purchase, I received a personal phone call about the matter and am more than pleased with the result. Very professional and caring. Models were packaged exceptionally, and inner boxes had no damage. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to do so for years to come. They have earned a customer for life.
