Very well located in the heart of the Danforth and offers a large selection of different products. It is often overpriced but the reason for my two stars it's primarily the attitude of the staff in the store. It's an ongoing gratuitous called and borderline hostility without any particular reason, the funny part is that this behavior have been observed a d going on for a number of years with many many of the staff that come and go. Management if you're looking at this please address it so you wouldn't lose any business.

Love shopping at Moss for well made unique gifts. The store is full of treasures that you just can't find anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. During the lockdown, they have been doing curbside pick up. Ordering from their well designed website is easy and orders are processed quickly. Pick up at the store is easy and efficient. Can't wait until a stroll along the Danforth can include a browse through Moss once again.
This place is the best. If you’re looking for a gift or something for your home you’ll find it here. Staff are friendly, good prices, and so much stuff to look at! I could spend hours looking around. Definitely need to come here if you’re looking for something special or in Greek town. Hands down!
Fantastic customer service, great website. My shipment arrived safe and sound. Purchased lovely WoodWick Candles in Willow beautiful glass jars with wood lids, and a wood wick which crackles when lit ! Will look great on my Holiday mantel.Thank you Robb and the Moss team! Support local!
Moss has some really unique decor items and amazing gift ideas. I always buy smaller decor items here - like cute door mats, holiday decor and plants. The staff is super helpful and I always find something I love in store.
Moss NEVER disappoints! I have shopped at Moss for over 10 years. I recently ordered online the two-card deck of “illuminated playing cards”. Beautiful! The artwork on these are gorgeous! They are certainly well worth the price, as they are unique, well made, one of a kind. I ordered then online as we moved out of town 8 years ago. The cards were delivered here earlier than was expected, they arrived in great shape and even more beautiful than was described. I kind of hate the thought of using them!!!! Over the years there have been lamps, garden art, glassware, candles, Christmas ornaments that I have purchased for myself or as gifts. Robb has done it once again.!! Quality and service. I also must give a shout out about a beautiful 3 piece cast aluminum table a chair set we bought at least 2 years before we left toronto...so we are looking at at least 10 years old, and they are on our front porch, not really protected from the elements and have been out there, uncovered for all these past London winters.. they are still as gorgeous at the day we bought them!!
