Very poor service. I am an employee of Samsonshield, I received my uniform from them and they provided me extremely oversized shirts and an undersized belt. These are the things which I paid for. Two days later when I approached them, I was treated as I received my uniform free of cost and was told we don’t have your size clothes you have to adjust with whatever you have. I even asked whether the shirts can be altered, reply to which was “we don’t alter shirts”. Even after paying around 350 for my comfort, I get clothes which are either over or under sized. I need to look professional at my work place and wearing uniform which looks so unprofessional is unacceptable.

Faraaz was exceptional in assisting me with my fashion selections. He was personable, professional, attentive & informative. He assisted me with my shirt, tie, cuffs & belt choices for my wedding. He was patient, genuinely cared about my input & did not attempt to oversell me. His CSR skills were outstanding. If you need any assistance- ask for Faraaz. He’ll steer you in the right direction

The employees at this location require some serious customer service training because what my brother went through for his wedding this summer was disgusting. My brother who is evidently 6'4 went in to rent a full suit last summer. Because of covid we had to move up the wedding by several weeks so he opted for a local rental suit. He went in a week and half before for measurements and was given a pick up date for the following week, which was also 2 days prior to the wedding. He tried it at home later that night only to find the hem on the dress pants as high as his shin. No exaggeration. This was unexpected, but we thought mistakes happen. Perhaps it was just a matter of a swabbed order. We had him immediately returned to the shop to find they had closed early. Covid things, so understandably so. He returned the following day, and was assured they had his suit ready in the back, and confirmed that they accidentally gave him another customer's outfit. The sales rep grabbed another set and handed it to him. Likewise he tried it on at home, but in no way did we expect the suit would be at least 2 sizes too large. At this point, I think they didn't even prepare his order and just gave him the closest thing they had to his height. Despite the overwhelming nature of weddings, the fact that my brother had to worry about his outfit the day prior to his wedding, running around the city because he was mishandled at Moore's and given no importance is such a shame. Poor service on your end doesn't merely translate to a minor inconvenience, but a tainted memory.

Brittany! Thanks for all your expertise, genuine interest and feedback. I really left the place looking better, all thanks to you :) From start to finish, everything was explained to me with all options put forward. Definitely recommend them. Next time, I'm getting a custom suit
