Staff did not show up! I booked an appointment for 11:00. Received email to confirm and Confirmation Code: FY5GL0WTKYQJSIBR. Then on day of appointment I received a confirmation text for 11:30. There was no indication that appointment time had changed. I arrived and waited until 11:45 but no staff showed up. The store was closed, lights off. Very disappointing and time wasting especially since I received appointment confirmation by email and text.

So happy with the service I received here and end result. The battery of my phone was completely fried and needed to be replaced. The device handover was very easy and drop-in style / first come first serve. The rep was able to fix my phone within 1-1.5 hours and everything is now working perfectly again. Very fair pricing, friendly customer service and quick turn around / resolution time. I will totally use their service again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone out there!

The staff was very polite and helpful. They gave a reasonable estimate and fixed my phone on time! So grateful for the good service :) more details: I had dropped and damaged my phone, called their location and asked for an estimate. they were honest about the wait and the cost. i went in person, had my phone looked at and they let me know of the repairs in detail and costs based off of that. they had it ready in time for me to pick it up and i got to buy a case with a discount. the service was very good and helpful.

Received brilliant customer service by the Dundas store today (18th Jan 2021) and by phone prior to my appointment. They replaced the screen on my Google pixel 4 phone, took 2 hours and they did a super job. Good value as well, I tried 4 companies and these were the best price for the job. Thanks team, definitely recommend!
