The store and very neat and tidy and the prices can be reasonable with a coupon. The selection is great, I have zero issues finding what I need. However I feel mixed about the customer service. My experiences was great when I asked for a certain item. The employee went into the back and got me the item, she was very warm and friendly. She even left my items at the cashier so I didn't have to carry the item around. However on the other hand recently when I went another employee was very condescending when I asked her a question. She also looked very upset and annoyed.

Awesome store. Big store with a lot of selection. Daily deals. Perfect for all Crafting folks out there. The Staff are great. They have a great selection for all age levels. Parking is a challenge here it's best to Transit here.
