I was so thrilled to finally have an opportunity to go to Master Mechanic High Park. Is it weird to be excited to go to a car mechanic? Maybe, but this was one of those magical times! The team was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, friendly, accommodating. I loved seeing women in a mechanics shop, and even better that it was owned by one! Their commitment to the community is what brought me in, and their quality, professional service is what will keep me coming back. A huge thanks to their team for diagnosing the issues, providing options and advice and getting the Jeep back quickly, as quoted, and in perfect working order. I will be back for sure.

I highly recommend this location for all of your automotive needs! I was drawn into this place after driving by for months and noticing their encouraging and motivational sign outside the business. This is a true community driven business! The quality of work is exceptional and the customer service is simply the best.They explained everything throughout the process to ensure no hidden fees or cost. I have visited this location for new tyres, multiple oil changes and most recently for brake service & repair. No one enjoys unexpected automotive cost however I was caught off guard by the care and compassion this business has for its customers. A true leader in the community.
I have been to many shops across Toronto, and this is one of the very few I trust (including dealerships). Their front desk staff are friendly, and the technicians are competent and honest. I highly recommend their services. Thanks Rui!
