This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a special supper, this place comes first to my mind. splendid and diverse food and a large list of dishes.generous crew, and agreeable vibes. Not less important, the price is good. I tell about this place with great pleasure.

Great value for your buck. A little hole in the wall but great portion. Dont bother with the fresh orange juice as that's a money grabber

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and the price was decent. Big recommend.

Best diner in Toronto. Places like this keep disappearing (The Tulip) unfortunately. If I lived closer I'd be here 7 days a week!

Costly for what you get in both portion and quality. Old style 50's Diner. Unfortunately, little upkeep means this comfort food place looks old and dirty. Painting the walls would be a good start. Special of the day was crab cake eggs Benny. Tasty crab was present but for 16 dollars, a bit more of everything would be nice. And the yolk is suppose to flow into the mixture, not bounce like a rubber ball. Hard boiled eggs does not a Benny make. The hash & eggs may be homemade but this recipe can easily find its way into the trash bin. Nothing your Mom or Grandmother would make or serve. Three bites and three times I chewed into something that was not meat. Fat perhaps? And the flavour of this age old dish is simply lacking. You should start over. Google its history to get a fresh take maybe? Friendly, polite service from the staff but again, lacks in detail. You don't yell to the kitchen from the front door cash louder than the customers are talking while at their table. You don't yell to the kitchen while cashing out a customer and you certainly don't leave said customer midway through a transaction to go serve coffee or, or, or. And speaking of coffee, it was a long time coming on the refill. I don't know but I'm guessing the original owners are long gone and this group took over the joint. Would I go back? Probably not. Washrooms downstairs. Front door off College not wheelchair accessible.

Food was good enough could have been better. Simple, rather clean space.

Service was prompt but I've had better breakfasts elsewhere.
