I worked as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator with Marberg for 9 months in 2019-2020. The work environment was dynamic, fast paced and exciting -- I learned a lot and enjoyed working with the team. As a young person, I was given many opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, skill building and having input into the direction of my role. Poor service.Never respond properly, i called front desk, they told to email them. several times i did but never got any reply even i was refereed by someone of their placement.

I posted a review on here but it seems like it was removed, so I decided to re post my experience. I registered with this agency along time back and got no job from them. I met with Suzanne at the downtown office and after that I emailed her several times that I was seeking employment (even Entry level type positions) I was ignored or was told my resume was on file and if she had anything she would contact me. The funny thing is the receptionist called me like 3 times that I was coming in and to bring my resume. That's just nuts.

I had an amazing experience with this agency. Their turnaround time is excellent and while being represented by them, I was placed in 3 solid positions in not-for-profit organizations and the public sector. My 3rd and final placement with them turned into a government contract which I am still in after almost a year. I have referred them to friends and family numerous times because I stand by their placement efforts. It's a team effort, however, so as long as you do your part in being a skilled and responsible worker, they will do their part in finding a suitable fit for you! I will be eternally grateful to Melissa and Suzanne for all their hard work :)
