Wonderful helpful staff. As for the previous posting I find it funny that you say you went to buy point shoes when the fact is mara’s Dancewear does not sell point shoes, nor have they ever. Something fishy about that posting.

Rude owner! Insulted my child. Went into store for new point shoes for my daughter. The owner was the most incredibly rude person I have ever met, my daughter almost was in tears after the owner insulter her foot size and body shape, and was completely rude to me and her. I will never shop here ever again!
Fantastic store in an accessible east-end location. Good selection, great prices, excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Mara is always our first choice for dance shoes, leotards, tights, etc. Highly recommended!
Pretty lady working there and very professional. She helped me picking outfit for my daughter from dress to ballet shoes and stockings.
