I had a really good customer service experience in the store and found that though it got a little busy at times, the 2 sales reps did a good job of being attentive to all customers as best they could. This is not a high end jewelry store, so the selection is not great, but found the selection and service better than their sister store Peoples (think they have the same owner). Their sales event was a pretty decent deal.
