I took a dining etiquette training session from Lynda. She is extremely friendly, honest, courteous, and professional. She drove all the way to Mississauga to conduct my one-on-one training session on a snowy day. She even drove me back home. In addition to her excellent tips on formal dining, she also talked about other important aspects such as body language, introductions, and formal clothing. I found the session to be extremely useful and informative and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to improve their personal and professional image.

When Lynda did my colour and style analyses, she clarified a lot of questions about the use of colour, the right styles for my body shape, and the use of clothing and accessories to project the right image in the workplace. I had always thought I could wear any colour, and I didn’t give much thought to emphasizing what looked BEST. Lynda really taught me to be more discriminating. Also, because I was quite small and young looking I had a tendency to buy clothes that looked “cute”, and I didn’t realize that this was working against the professional image I wanted to project. The wardrobe audit was extremely useful – I got rid of all kinds of clothes that I wasn’t wearing. I also got rid of a lot of cheap trendy clothing that didn't suit me or my professional position. Lynda really taught me a lot about getting good quality clothing instead of the low quality things that you find in most shopping mall stores. Now my wardrobe looks and feels much better, and the pieces that I’ve got are excellent quality that last a long time, saving me money in the long run. Also, she is a great personal shopper and she finds awesome accessories and jewellery, plus great deals on clothing that I could never find on my own. The time and money I save by not doing this myself more than compensates for the cost of the service. The best testimony is the fact that I subsequently retained Lynda again and again for various services. My business partners noticed my improved look within a couple of weeks of my initial consultation with Lynda, and many people commented on how much more professional I looked, although I hadn’t told anyone that I had gone for a consultation. I can honestly say that working with Lynda changed my life and my career for the better.
Dressing for business has never come naturally to me, however Lynda made it quite painless and efficient. She did a colour analysis, determined which colours I should wear and which to avoid, and then we went out shopping for an afternoon. The process was actually a lot of fun!
