The 5 star reviews are real. Here's how I know: I wanted complete black-out blinds for my bedroom. Even regular black-out blinds don't do the trick, because daylight still seeps in through the top and sides of the blinds. A friend had recommended motorized blinds, because the channels of the blinds will block out what the blinds don't. I googled \motorized blinds\, and found Luxury Window Coverings. Skeptical of so many five star ratings, I called them, but also called several other companies to compare prices and products. When I spoke to Adriano, however, I was impressed enough to ask for a consult. He was professional, pleasant, answered all of my questions and with a good sense of humour! He arrived on time and proceeded to give me a quote. I decided to move forward, and the blinds were subsequently installed several months later. I have been very very pleased with the quality of the motorized blinds, and more than happy with the great customer service provided by Adriano and his team. And - yes! The motorized blinds with channels block out 100% of daylight! Addendum: 6 months later - still happy with blinds. The remote was blinking red and the motor wasn't working, so I texted Adriano. He replied immediately, helped me troubleshoot (the motor on the blinds needed to be charged) and was so pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much! I live in the King West neighbourhood and was looking to install motorized blinds. i came across Luxury Window Coverings and noticed their office was nearby so I decided to contact them. I dealt with Adriano who provided fantastic service from beginning to end. He is very pleasant and is prompt to get back to you. I had a ton of questions at first and he answered them right away.
