Love love love Lush products however I do not love being cornered by their aggressive sales associates. Last time I was there, pre lock down, there were about 3 associate for every 1 customer in the store and you could feel the pressure. Would much rather browse the store freely without someone in my face pushing products :)

Honestly, I can confidently state that this is the most well run Lush location I've ever purchased from in all of Canada thus far. Austin took care of me for a second time and had my order packed up, I called in the order, in less than 3 mins and even threw in some extra samples/goodies that will hopefully help me on the adventures of BC raised skin interacting with Ontario's delightful winter climate. Will definitely be returning to this store.
Great curb-side pickup experience. Had everything I needed in stock and had a number posted that took me straight to speaking with one of the workers about picking up my order rather than having to wait through a bunch of prerecorded stuff. Cant wait to come back when we can shop inside!
Friendly staff that seem to care about the products they sell and their customers. Excellent customer service. Well organised and the products are truly lush. Treat yourself to lush.
