Ordered a guitar from them. Didn't go anywhere, no updates, communication, etc. after eight weeks without an update, I phoned them. The guy on the phone had a patronizing and aggressive tone, when it was obvious they had missed or misplaced the order, a simple mistake acknowledgement and ownership would have been nice. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and got my guitar in a few weeks.

As far as I know this location used to be a private business known as \Saved by Technology\ but later got bought out by this giant chain who moved its location and changed its style to match that of its other retail stores. Nevertheless, it still pits its focus on Pro Audio and serving the community worldwide. I will leave my rating as neutral until I have a chance to buy something from here and experience the process from start to finish.

these guys have always been exceptional at customer service. Even back when they were independently owned (under the name Saved by Technology) you could always count on them to provide valuable insight, advice and tips before investing our hard-earned money on a new shiny piece of gear. nothing has changed since they've moved under the Long and McQuade umbrella. with covid-19, the sales associates knew to keep their distance and give me adequate space to simply browse. When I was ready to ask some questions and make my purchase, the staff were at my side without delay. Well done :)
