Incredible downtown Toronto venue, two floors of antique furniture and eclectic decor. Absolutely perfect for weddings! I hosted a styled shoot there as the photographer and the owners were so accommodating and helpful. You can see how amazing it is from the pictures. Highly recommend!!!

Full disclosure I went here for an office event. I wasn't sure what to expect given that this bar is on the second and third floor of the building and only a doorway is there to acknowledge it's existence. If you decide to visit you will likely be on the second floor. I was able to sneak down and check it out but I didn't fully experience the main part of this establishment. However the decor inside is great and sets a nice vibe. Staff are friendly and there's a lot of selection and they do cater to vegans. Lots of great areas in this space for hanging out or even playing games. The third floor as I found out is for private events and is the top floor of the building. It's a fairly large space so if you are interested in having an event this place could fit the bill. Again some very interesting decor makes the space warm and welcoming. Special secret hint apparently you can also rent out the 3rd floor on Airbnb as well. We found a fully furnished bedroom and of course had to ask what was up with that. If you are looking for a great place to hang that maybe not everyone else has found out about yet this is a pretty good place although the popularity tells me it won't be that unknown for too long.
I recently booked Lodge on Queen for my 50th birthday party celebration and it was perfect! The space is very cozy and the owners, Diane and Ron, were extremely hospitable and accommodating. My birthday falls during the busy holiday season so I was really excited that this venue was available. The space is cozy and hold a lot of charm. I was really looking for a place with character so that when we took photos, it wouldn’t look and feel like we were in some boring industrial space. My friends all commented on how fabulous the space was and I couldn’t agree more. Highly recommend.
My wife and I had our wedding at the lodge. For the most part, we thought it was fine. We had a fantastic time and The Lodge helped us with one of the most important days of our lives. However, I can't give the venue five stars due to two issues that jaded our day. Firstly, the officiant that was provided for us was completely incompetent, to put it nicely. We met him twice before the wedding. On the first occasion he arrived an hour and a half late, the second time, an hour. With these red flags, I gave him the benefit of the doubt despite the fact he didn't show much remorse for wasting our time during a rehearsal where we asked our loved ones to wait around for him. When it came to our vows, we were given a script that we tweaked to our liking. We added some personal vows that he assured us that they would be in the document. Well... They weren't. HE FORGOT MY WEDDING VOWS TO MY WIFE. In fact, he asked me to read my wife's vows to her. After correcting him a few times, he got flustered and skipped to the end. HE SKIPPED "I DO". WE DID NOT EVEN SAY "I DO" AT OUR OWN WEDDING BECAUSE OF THIS CLOWN. He had a lot of charisma and rallied the crowd well after fumbling through our most important document that he clearly had never read, but this moment will be a part of my wedding for the rest of my life... And it sucks. Everything else on the day was fantastic. It's a great venue and they were very helpful and proactive towards my friends and family with mobility issues. The other issue was the lack of communication. When we're planning a wedding, we need responses in a time frame shorter than a week. Please work on this, owners, it caused us some lost sleep. Honesty, I loved the venue, but as long as this officiant is appointed for weddings at the venue, I can't in good faith recommend it.
Nice event space and really central
Cute find. Was here for a wedding... only thing was we had a guest who's on wheelchair and I think the venue advertised they have accessible entrance which they didnt. It took my friends a long time to finger out how to bring the electric wheelchair up so the guest can enjoy the evening.
Great little venue for small gatherings, great staff.
My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at this great spot.Wonderful staff. Everyone thought it was an ideal venue.
