Had a wonderful experience yesterday afternoon while shopping at shoppers drug mart located at 292 DuPont Street. The security guard named Derek welcomed me into the store and made me feel very comfortable about shopping at the store. Upon leaving he even told me to have a nice weekend which made me feel at ease . I felt very secure knowing he was there. I am a senior (74 years old) and I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Lionguard for hiring such a nice young man.

We have recently hired on Lion Guard security for about a month now. We usually have the same guard for the days that is required for service. The individual that services us is Derek. He is FANTASTIC! He is professional, friendly and when we need him to respond to a possible scenario he is there and handles himself very professionally. Derek, thank you for your service!

,I was in the Shoppers Drug Mart on Bloor Street near Christie pits. I watched the talk security guard dealing with a very unruly customer who was trying to steal a product from the store. I was so surprised that he continued to address the person as Sir through the whole conversation. He politely took control of the situation and escorted the man outside the store. I'm a senior and I felt very safe shopping in that store when he was up there.
