I wanted some diamond hoop earrings. It was really important to me that the diamonds be of the highest cut quality. Angela sourced a beautiful parcel of diamonds for my project. She communicated frequently while she worked on my earrings and sent me pictures of their progress. Great service, great product, and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Angela!

I had Linara make a custom wedding band and engagement ring and working with them was great. Angela was very helpful initially with providing options for the ring which I hadn't considered or was even aware of. Production was also fast from start to finish. Overall, the service was great and at a very reasonable price. I think it speaks volumes that, unlike some other custom jewelers in the city, Linara will use customer provided gemstones in your ring (although in hindsight, it would have been more cost-effective to work through Linara to purchase those gemstones). To me this signals a commitment to customer service, whereas other jewelers who insist on their own stones at a mark-up signal to me a commitment to greed. All in all a good experience.
I got in touch with a few jewellers in Toronto a few months ago regarding custom diamond earrings, and Angela at Linara was by far the best jeweller. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent, she made the process from consultation to product reveal incredibly easy and laid-back. I was told I would have to wait two weeks for my order, but it was done and perfect within a week. I highly recommend Linara for custom jewelry commissions.
The entire experience at Linara was exceptional. From concept to design, Angela took the time to educate me on all the design decisions and guide me through the process to create the perfect piece, completely unique to me.
